By accessing or using dun4u.ai ("the Service") at realtor.dun4u.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
dun4u.ai is a SaaS platform for real estate professionals offering AI-powered lead generation, landing page creation, automated email campaigns, social media content, CRM integration, and related features.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.
To use the Service you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your password secure, and accept responsibility for all activity under your account.
Free Trial: New accounts receive a 3-day free trial. At the end of the trial, your account will be paused unless you activate a paid subscription.
Subscription Plans: Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. Current plan options and pricing are listed on our pricing page and are subject to change. The applicable price will be confirmed at checkout.
Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance monthly. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
Failed Payments: If a payment fails, we will notify you by email and provide a 3-day grace period to update your payment method before your account is paused.
Cancellation: You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Access continues until the end of the paid billing period.
You agree not to use the Service to violate any law, send spam, transmit false content, impersonate others, or interfere with the platform. You are solely responsible for all content you publish through the Service.
The Service uses AI to generate content. You acknowledge that AI-generated content may not always be accurate and that you are responsible for reviewing all content before publishing. You must ensure compliance with all applicable real estate and fair housing laws.
The Service and its software are owned by dun4u.ai. You retain ownership of content you create. By using the Service you grant us a limited license to host and process your content solely to provide the Service.
The Service integrates with HubSpot, Salesforce, Follow Up Boss, GoHighLevel, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Stripe, and SendGrid. Your use of these integrations is subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL dun4u.ai BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless dun4u.ai and its team from any claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under AAA rules, except either party may seek injunctive relief in court.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
